Product Cancellation Policy

• Orders may be canceled at any time prior to shipment.
• Once an order has been shipped, the cancellation will be treated as a return in accordance with the conditions outlined below.
• Jewelry may be returned within 14 business days of receipt, provided it has not been used and is returned in its original packaging.
• Personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned or canceled after production has begun.
• A refund will be issued once the item has been received and inspected, minus handling and shipping fees.
• In cases where the product has already been prepared, packaged, or shipped, cancellation fees may apply according to applicable consumer protection laws.
• To request a cancellation or return, please contact us before returning the item.


Product Warranty

• We are committed to providing high-quality jewelry and carefully inspecting every item before shipment.
• Our warranty covers manufacturing defects only.
• The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidental damage, water exposure, chemicals, perfume, improper storage, or natural wear and tear.
• Tarnishing, scratches, fading, or damage caused by improper handling are not considered manufacturing defects.
• If you receive a defective item, please contact us within a reasonable time from receiving the order and include clear photos of the issue.
• If the defect is confirmed as a manufacturing issue, we will offer a repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.
• The warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

Customers may cancel a purchase from the moment the order is placed and before the product is received, subject to the terms below.

To be eligible for a return or cancellation after delivery, the product must be returned in its original condition — unused, undamaged, clean, and in its original packaging, including all accessories and contents provided with the item.

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify the customer regarding approval of the cancellation and refund, if applicable.

Please note that shipping costs, handling fees, or other non-refundable charges may not be refunded, subject to applicable law and store policy.
